If you are passionate, enjoy fast-paced innovation and collaborative teams, then Debut is for you.SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team and contribute to the planning and execution of marketing and promotion initiatives.The successful candidate will assist in the development and implementation of marketing programs to enhance company awareness, drive client engagement, and support sales growth.Essential Functions

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing and sales materials.
• Support marketing strategies for the launch and promotion of innovative new ingredients.
• Create blog posts, social media and other marketing materials.
• Organize all aspects of trade show participation, including scheduling and maintaining processes.
• Support the planning of exhibits including marketing collateral (e.g. posters, brochures, signage), logistics and booth services.
• Manage marketing projects with external vendors and serve as key point of contact.
• Monitor competitors' marketing activities.
• Provide administrative support as needed.Education and Experience
• 2-3 years of experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Proven communication (written and verbal) and administrative skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• BSc degree in Marketing or related field.Essential Physical Characteristics:

• Continuous upward and downward flexion of the neck.
