A company is looking for a Manager of Product Support
responsible for leading a team to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage team performance through data analysis, coaching, and
development
Oversee escalations and ensure effective communication with
clients' executive leadership
Ensure daily operations of the Product Support team are handled
promptly and effectively
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of leadership experience in a customer experience-focused
role, preferably in a SaaS environment
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer
experiences
Experience in managing support teams and improving support
processes
Strong ability to inspire and motivate a team
Familiarity with cross-functional project execution and change
initiatives
