Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to drive
strategic client success and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of multiple client engagements, ensuring
alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with Testing Managers and support team members to
ensure exceptional testing experiences
Identify upsell opportunities and drive new contract period scoping
activities
Required Qualifications
3+ years in client services and/or account management with
enterprise-level clients
2+ years of experience in software testing or Quality Assurance
Proven strategic thinking and planning skills
Ability to present concepts and data in a structured manner
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
