Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Operations Support Manager to
manage operational requests and support the Service Operations
Team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage outbound call campaigns and generate monthly Call Center
reporting
Analyze Call Center results to identify process improvement
opportunities and develop proposals
Oversee data file processing and coordinate client mailing
campaigns
Required Qualifications
College education or equivalent experience preferred
5+ years of Operations or Contact Center experience
Proven experience in operations management with a focus on data
processing
Ability to perform research and root cause analysis with data
analysis skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
