A company is looking for a MedHOK or MHK Care Management -
Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end implementation of MedHOK/MHK Care
solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with
organizational objectives
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and
resource allocation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare
Management, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in healthcare
technology implementations
Hands-on experience with MedHOK or MHK Care Management
platforms
Strong understanding of Care Management (CM), Utilization
Management (UM), and Disease Management (DM) processes
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
