care.The Employee Relations Director directs the organization's
employee relations functions by providing strategic and tactical
employee relations consultation and support to managers and
employees with the goal of promoting a positive culture of employee
satisfaction and engagement. Responsible for providing expert
guidance to leaders in creating positive and inclusive working
environments, ensuring fair and equitable enforcement of employee
relations related issues which may include coaching, discipline,
grievances, investigations, conflict resolution, performance
management, performance development and/or improvement plans,
retention, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures
and state / federal regulations.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee relations policies, procedures,
and programs to ensure a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to
enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Promote a culture of recognition and appreciation within the
organization by developing and implementing employee recognition
programs to reward and acknowledge employee contributions.
- Develops and maintains connection and visibility with employees
as a positive influence and model of leader behavior.
- Facilitate and lead the organization in employee surveys/
feedback pathways to identify areas for improvement. In
collaboration with organizational and department leaders and HRBs,
create action plans for said identified areas of improvement.
- Train, monitor and mentor HRBs on thorough investigations into
employment complaints and grievances and the resolution of employee
relations issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner and
in alignment with state and federal laws.
- Provide training, support and coaching to managers and
employees on employee relations issues and best practices.
- As needed, lead sensitive or escalated workplace
investigations, interventions and conflict resolution
initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as
conflict resolution, communication, and performance
management.
- Support the performance management process, including
performance reviews and performance improvement plans.
- Recommend and implement key performance indicators (KPIs)
related to employee relations.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on
employee relations metrics and trends.
- Recommends initiatives to maintain a positive, productive work
environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company
policies.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related
field.
- 10 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 7 years in
employee relations and employee engagement capacity.
- Experience with conflict resolution, employee advocacy and
dispute resolution programs.
- Extensive working knowledge of general HR practices, programs
and policies.
- Extensive knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
and regulations.
- Computer proficiency with web applications and Microsoft Office
suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to create
analytical reports and presentations.Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.

for this role is $122,000 - $188,000 on an annual basis.TrueCare is
