for continuous improvement.Role ResponsibilitiesAs an Athlete
Travel National Account Manager, you will be the first point of
contact for prospective clients, playing a pivotal role in creating
an excellent first impression. Your responsibilities will
include:
--- Conducting discovery and "welcome" calls to qualify leads.
--- Providing product demonstrations and guiding prospects through
our sales process.
--- Managing a pipeline of prospects and ensuring timely follow-up
to nurture long-term relationships.
--- Scheduling appointments and closing new business through
consultative selling.
--- Leveraging outbound prospecting via phone, email, social media
(LinkedIn), and attending live events.
--- Utilizing our CRM system, Pipedrive, to track leads and
maintain accurate records.This is a consultative sales role,
meaning you will focus on matching our services to customer needs
rather than hard selling. Extensive training and resources will be
provided to ensure your success.Daily Tasks
--- Proactively uncover new opportunities through outbound
efforts.
--- Conduct demonstrations and sales calls, qualifying prospects
and managing follow-up.
--- Maintain active engagement with your prospect pipeline,
ensuring timely communication.
--- Leverage CRM tools and follow-up strategies to close sales and
foster long-term relationships.Required Skills and Experience
--- Proven track record in sales with a focus on
relationship-building and consultative selling.
--- Experience with CRM systems. (Pipedrive experience is a
plus)
--- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a
pleasant speaking voice and professional demeanor.
--- Tech-savvy, quick to learn new software and tools.
--- Experience in sports-related sales, especially in youth sports
(soccer, volleyball, lacrosse, is a bonus).
--- Enthusiastic, organized, and reliable with a passion for
driving results.Technology Requirements
--- A high-quality phone (landline, cell, or VoIP) and fast, modern
computer. (Laptop provided)
--- Reliable high-speed internet capable of supporting clear web
conferencing.Position Details
--- Full-time (40 hours per week), with a flexible work
environment.
--- Location: San Diego, CA office or remote.
--- Compensation: Competitive base salary with a performance-based
commission structure, aligned with experience and
