Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Director, Enterprise
Mid-Atlantic Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives in prospecting,
account planning, and achieving revenue targets
Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to meet
or exceed ACV targets
Track progress of Account Executives and cultivate a
high-performance culture through effective coaching
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing SaaS sales teams at the Enterprise
level
Proven history of exceeding sales targets with Enterprise-level
clients
Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing
sales talent
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools for pipeline
management
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
