to lead the operational execution of marketing programs and
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-channel
marketing campaigns
Manage and optimize marketing tools and integrations, ensuring data
quality and troubleshooting
Lead marketing operations projects, ensuring milestones are met and
resources are allocated effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management,
or similar roles
Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Workfront, Salesforce, Google
Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo)
Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like
Asana or Trello
Advanced data analysis skills, with the ability to translate
insights into action
