A company is looking for an Assistant Manager-L&A Insurance
Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze legislative and regulatory changes applicable to
L&A Operations
Coordinate with Business Units and clients to ensure timely
handling of changes
Provide periodic tracking and analysis to senior management on
trends and best practices
Required Qualifications and Education
Business Degree preferred, but not required
Experience in legislative and regulatory compliance
Ability to maintain accurate reporting for compliance purposes
Experience in mentoring and leading teams through change
Familiarity with inter-departmental cross-functional projects
