together.Role Description:Arcadis is seeking an experienced
Operations Director to lead the Mobility West Program Project
Management Operations, with a focus on the Construction industry
and strong connections within the Transit and Transportation
sectors. This role will be pivotal in utilizing Arcadis' strong
national and international reputation to help grow the firm's
operations and enhance its standing in the Transportation and Rail
Construction industries. In this leadership role, you will report
directly to the PPM National Mobility Operations Director.Role
Accountabilities:
- Continually enhance and execute the Southeast growth strategy
and marketing plan.
- Supervise existing operational resources by engaging and
mentoring staff while maintaining their utilization.
- Manage existing clients and contracts by providing quality
assessment and control.
- Manage the Business Development Group by soliciting and
responding to task orders issued through prequalifications and
On-Call contracts.
- Work with Talent Acquisition to recruit staff to address
clients' needs as determined through positioning, task order
solicitations, and Requests for Proposals.
- Work with the Business Development Group to identify, position,
and respond to opportunities to grow the Arcadis Mobility Operation
in the Southeast to increase its net revenue.Qualifications &
Experience:
- 15+ years of industry experience, with a focus on both
operational and strategic leadership, driving growth and ensuring
project delivery excellence.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering,
Architecture, or similar field.Key Skills and Abilities:
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving business
development in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster
collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic construction
environment.Preferred Qualifications:

The salary range for this position is $230,000 - $330,000. Actual
salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as
experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and
location.
