Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Performance Manager to
collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance their performance
with value-based contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with provider staff to implement operational and
clinical process improvements
Identify and establish key performance metrics to measure provider
performance
Develop training and support for provider staff regarding
performance metrics and improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business, Nursing, or
Medicine
3+ years of healthcare experience, including contract management
and/or process improvement
Value-based contracting experience is preferred but not
required
Master's in Nursing, Physician Assistant degree, or other relevant
graduate degrees preferred
Must be located in or near the Central Time Zone
