Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Operations Manager to enhance
their HR processes and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll and benefits, including the implementation of new
employee benefits structures
Develop and execute recruitment strategies, facilitate hiring
processes, and ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, and
support the development of performance management systems
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years experience in Human Resources Management or
Administration
Proficiency in payroll and benefits administration
Experience in recruitment and talent management is highly
preferred
Proficiency with GSuite is required; knowledge of Deel or
TeamTailor is a plus
Familiarity with Canadian benefits and payroll implementation is a
plus
