• Certification Details
• Nurse patient ratios: 1:1 or 1:2 (MedSurg ICU). If no vents/drips 1:3
• Charge Nurse on each shift
• Nurse aids/patient care techs on this unit
• Hospitalist & Intensivist in house 24/7
• RT in ICU 24/7 with necessary equipment

    • Active RN license - AZ or Compact

    • Common diagnoses/Types of patients include Cardiac-open heart, balloon, impella, tPA, TPE
    • RN must have experience with vent, sedation, sepsis, pressors, DKA, cardiac, CHF, respiratory
    • RNs are required to titrate drips
    • Experience with a variety of critical ICU drips required
    • Must be able to work with PCA's
      • Schedule Information
      • Shifts: 6:45-7:15, must clock out for lunch, self-schedule
      • Weekend Requirements: 4 weekend shift days in 4 week period
      • Holiday Requirements: 2 major holidays required
      • No call or standby requirement
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Will float to other units with a ratio of 4 patients instead of 6
          • Additional Details
          • Radius Rule: 100 miles
          • Submission profile requirements are strict
          • Time off should be 5 days or less and RTO needs to be in at time of submission
