  • 8 WEEKS ONLY
  • 48 HOURS ONLY
  • VARIABLE OR STRAIGHT NIGHTS
  • NO HOLIDAY RTO
  • 3 days max RTO
  • OK to submit if not within a dedicated Children's facility
  • Traveler could be floated to every unit except OR, PACU, and ED
  • Units include PICU, NICU, medical, surgical, hem/onc, medical behavioral unit
  • Functions at the Standard Level of nursing practice
  • Patients can range from neonatal up to 23
    • Job Requirements
    • CA License
    • 2+ years of CVPICU/CTICU experience leading up to assignment
    • PEDS Cardiac experience - MUST be cardiac trained
    • Heart transplant experience
    • Willing to float between units
    • Experience in: Ventilators, multiple monitors, and EKG interpretation
      • Schedule Information
      • 3x12 variable or straight night shifts, 36x48 available
      • Weekend Requirements: 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
      • Requested Time Off: 3 days total (must still get 3 shifts in week)
      • Self scheduling
      • Ratio:1:1-2
        • Unit Specific Information
        • CVICU: Ped experience required, but not necessarily from a dedicated Children's facility
        • Ped Cardiac experience mandatory
          • Additional Details
          • Valid photo ID is required
          • Must have front and back copies of ID
          • Orientation Information: sent out before start
