Advanced Practice Provider - San Marcos Older Adults Clinic
Do you like working with the older adult and geriatric
population?Have an interest in helping the most vulnerable and
under-served?TrueCare's Older Adult Health Center offers
personalized care for seniors with complex health needs!!Patients
enjoy longer appointments in a senior-friendly setting. Other
services offered on site include chiropractics and
podiatry.Position Summary Under the direction of the Physician
Supervisor, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant,
provides health care services to patients who may have acute
episodic conditions or chronic problems, as well as those seeking
health evaluation, preventive care and/or education and
counseling.

keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary
range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be
typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
