  REQUIRED: BLS, CRT, ARRT, CA Rad Flouro (must include copies of all with submittal)
  REQUIRED: Call-rotation with core staff, MUST confirm candidate is aware of call requirement and agrees to it when submitting.
  REQUIRED: Skilled in Ports, Flouro, C-arms
