A company is looking for a Healthcare Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule medical appointments by coordinating with patients,
providers, and facilities
Obtain and document patient demographics and insurance information
for authorizations and referrals
Provide patients with information and instructions regarding their
appointments and procedures
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
Minimum of 1 year of customer service or related experience in a
healthcare setting
Ability to use technology tools for customer inquiries and maintain
a professional demeanor
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to follow directions
Strong organizational and time management skills
