Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist to provide
virtual psychotherapy services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 10-15 one-on-one virtual psychotherapy sessions weekly
Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and create treatment
plans with SMART goals
Document all sessions and ensure compliance with HIPAA and
insurance requirements
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
allowing independent psychotherapy practice
Full independent licensure (LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy
Thorough understanding of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ACT,
DBT, and Solution Focused Therapy
Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with
depression and anxiety
