Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for RN positions.

Key Responsibilities

Own the RN recruiting process from start to finish
Rapidly produce candidates while managing the hiring timeline effectively
Contribute to the interview and onboarding processes while upholding the company culture

Required Qualifications

3+ years of recruiting experience
Comfort with ambiguity and a strong curiosity about organizational needs
Exceptional skills with recruiting tools, with a willingness to learn new ones
Ability to take ownership and responsibility for all details in the recruiting process
Bonus points for a nursing background
