Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior HR Manager responsible for all
aspects of Human Resources and Organizational Culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead people operations, including compensation, benefits,
compliance, and recruitment strategies focused on diversity,
equity, and inclusion
Manage employee relations, investigations, and compliance with
employment laws, while providing HR expertise to leadership
Oversee the HR team, fostering a positive workplace culture and
developing professional development programs
Required Qualifications
8+ years of progressively responsible experience in Human
Resources
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline is preferred
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is strongly preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices
Experience managing teams in remote environments and leading
organization-wide HR projects
