Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk/Trainer to support a
Federal Client in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service and training to enhance user adoption and
satisfaction
Conduct testing and document requirements, ensuring user-centric
approaches
Design and implement virtual training programs and develop
instructional materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant
experience
Eligibility for a Secret Clearance; preference for candidates with
existing clearance
Ability to obtain Security+ certification within 6 months
Experience in end-user management, such as Help Desk or Training
roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks
