Job Description:
A company is looking for an Exempt Recruiter specializing in
Full Cycle Recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, interview, and refer candidates to hiring
managers
Develop and maintain effective relationships with placement
agencies and HR partners
Ensure compliance with legal aspects of recruiting and promote the
organization as an employer of choice
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work
experience
Four (4) years or more of experience in a related area
Ability to assess staffing needs and determine appropriate
recruiting strategies
Experience in working independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with compliance and established recruiting
procedures
