Job Description:

A company is looking for a Junior Database Administrator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage the planning, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of MySQL databases
Support high-profile web applications and deploy automation solutions
Analyze complex queries for optimization and participate in on-call rotations

Required Qualifications

3-4 years of combined Linux sysadmin and DBA experience
Expertise in MySQL database administration and performance analysis
Knowledge of Linux systems administration
Experience with a scripting language (Perl, Python, Ruby, Shell, GO)
MySQL 5.6 - 8 DBA certification or equivalent expertise
