Job Description:

DevOps Engineer (San Diego, CA): Optimize & mange cloud infrastructure, incl EC2, VPCs, Subnets, Route Tables & Security Groups. Configure load balancers, Auto Scaling, IAM roles, MFA & encrypted EBS volumes. Maintain DNS (Route 53), backups (S3) & d/bases (RDS, Redshift, Dyna-moDB). Mange CloudFormation scripts, AWS Secrets Mgr & CloudWatch for monitoring. Deploy applics via Elastic Beanstalk, ElastiCache, & CloudFront. Orchestrate containers w/ Kubernetes, manage Docker images (ECR), & use Terraform/ Ansible for automation. Maintain ELK stack, configure Jenkins for CI/CD, troubleshoot protocols & use JFrog for builds. Monitor w/ Grafana/ Graphite, integrate alerts via Slack & mange source code (Bitbucket) & sprints (Jira). Req: master's in Comp Sci, Info Tech, or Engng (S/ware, Electrical, or Comp) or a rel fld + 1 yr of exp in occupations involving similar duties/techn'l capabilities. To support project(s) at client site(s), domestic relocation &/or travel may be req'd 0-2 times per yr based on needs of client(s). Relocation benefits offd. No telecom-muting. $152,027/yr.
