Primary Care MD/DO Locums Needed in Arizona

Job Description:

• Requirements: -Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Schedule: -Monday- Friday -8am to 5pm
  There will be full time clinic coverage. The assignment is 3 to 4 months. The provider needs to have an active Arizona license and have a clean background to be considered.
  • Dates needed: ASAP to 4 months
  • Assignment Type: Outpatient Family Medicine coverage, must see all ages
  • No APP supervision
  • Shift Type: Outpatient -
  • Patient Type: Combination of of both scheduled and walk in patients. 20-26 patients per shift
