Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollments Specialist who will
manage customer inquiries and support enrollment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Review and validate enrollment applications for accuracy and
completeness
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary
documentation
Conduct outbound welcome calls and provide general phone and email
support
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of 1 year of phone-based customer service experience
High commitment to customer satisfaction
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Familiarity with Excel and Word
Spanish speaker preferred but not required
