Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payments Specialist to manage and
enhance their payment program for commercial insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Process payment tasks, including one-time payments, refunds, and
managing disputes
Respond to customer inquiries through various channels and escalate
complex issues as needed
Identify improvements for compliance and collaborate with divisions
to refine processes
Required Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance and customer service
Property & Casualty Producer license in home state, with
willingness to pursue licensing in other states
Knowledge of commercial insurance and compliance for financial
transactions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel,
Sharepoint, and PowerAutomate
