Job Description:
A company is looking for an Eligibility Specialist to manage
Medicare eligibility verification processes.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex eligibility
questions and support real-time eligibility verification
Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance the PVerify
software and document system requirements
Act as a subject matter expert on Medicare eligibility and maintain
training materials for related processes
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Medicare eligibility verification
Experience with eligibility verification software; PVerify
experience is a plus
Strong understanding of Medicare benefits and requirements
Demonstrated experience in creating training materials and
procedures
Ability to handle high-volume requests with accuracy and
efficiency
