Job Description:
A company is looking for an Actuarial Associate in the Employee
Benefits division.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain pricing for premium rates and analyze emerging
profit against pricing assumptions
Gather and analyze data to assess profitability, growth, and risk
trends, and communicate findings to management
Collaborate with various departments on product development and
financial soundness of new products
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, actuarial science, business, or a
related field preferred
ASA designation required
Three or more years of experience in the actuarial field
Ability to prepare for and pass actuarial exams while maintaining
continuing education requirements
Experience in mentoring and influencing junior actuarial
candidates
