available:
- Test Specialist Intern: This position directly supports on site
at Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific. Support includes
development of test plan documentation, test event management and
associated entry/exit criteria from development to integration of
Battle Management Command and Control (BMC2) systems and platform
baselines. The ideal candidate will be completing their final
semester towards a Bachelor's Degree program and be able to work a
part-time schedule during the spring semester.
- Data Scientist: Support the DARPA program at NIWC Pacific.
- Software Developer: Support Command and Control Modernization
efforts at NIWC Pacific.
- Navy Training System Scenario Developer: Provide support to the
Surface Combat Systems Training Center (SCSTC) in the development
of training scenarios for use aboard shipboard systems. This
position is located in Dahlgren, VA.
- Software Developer: Support the Command and Control Processing
Modernization effort at NIWC PAC.
- Training Tools Instructional Designer: Provide support to the
Surface Combat Systems Training Center (SCSTC) providing
scheduling, technical, engineering, and analytical services in
support of Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) and
documentation of operator training including Computer Aided Submode
Training (CAST) lessons, Lesson Generation Program (LGP), and other
Interactive Courseware (ICW). This position is located in Dahlgren,
VA.
- Data Analyst: Support the Multi TDL IV&V program.
Participate in multiple events ensuring test readiness by
developing data analysis artifacts such as analysis procedures,
test plans, test architectures, and test reports. The ideal
prospect shall demonstrate ability to understand data flows,
implement data analysis tools such as DART/EDART/CDART and
Wireshark, and have experience with network related communications
including tactical links such as JREAP-C and Link-16, Link 22,
JREAP-A, STJ and additional Program of Record (PoR) systems such as
CDLMS and LMMT.
- Test Specialist/Engineer: Support the Naval Information Warfare
Center Pacific (NIWC-PAC) Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E)
Programs.
- RF and Networking Test Specialist/Engineer: Provide RF support
functions and RF engineering and Networking Testing efforts for
MIDS-LVT and JTRS terminals including support for planning,
documentation, test conduct, training, and other requirements.
- Software Developer: Support the Mission Assurance Decision
Support System for A46 department at Naval Surface Warfare Center.
This position will be a hybrid between sitting onsite at Dahlgren
NSWCDD in a secure environment, working out of prime partner
offices outside the base, and potential telework from home once
spun up on the program.
- Communication Systems Specialist: Experience in U.S. Military
Radio Frequency (RF) Line-of-Sight Communication Systems, beyond
Line-of-Sight Communication Systems and associated interfaces and
computer control equipment that support Tactical Data Link Systems.
Assess and analyze the Radio Frequency communications and Multi-TDL
architecture performance to support the potential corrective
actions or resolutions required.
- Waveform Test Facility (WTF) System Administrator and Network
Architect: Requires intermediate level network engineering
expertise. Operating and maintaining network configurations.
Support for NIWC PAC certification & accreditation (C&A)
processes on an as needed basis.
- Data Analyst: Support the Naval Tactical Grid (NTG) program.
Participate in multiple events ensuring test readiness by
developing data analysis artifacts such as analysis procedures,
test plans, test architectures, and test reports. The ideal
prospect shall demonstrate ability to understand data flows,
implement data analysis tools such as DART/EDART and Wireshark, and
have experience with network related communications including
tactical links such as JREAP-C and Link-16, and Program of Record
(PoR) systems such as CDLMS and LMMT.
- Journeyman Model Based Systems Engineer: Provide engineering
support for the Tomahawk Weapons System program. Create Cameo
models of the system, its software, and its components. Meetings
will periodically take place on Dahlgren Naval base and our partner
Dahlgren office, but technical work will primarily occur in either
our Fredericksburg or Dahlgren office (not on base). 1-2 days of
telework per week is possible.
- Test Specialist/Engineer: Support the Naval Tactical Grid (NTG)
program. Participate in multiple events ensuring test readiness by
developing test artifacts such as test procedures, test plans, test
architectures, and test reports. The ideal prospect shall
demonstrate ability to understand, configure, and troubleshoot
network related communications including tactical links such as
JREAP-C and Link-16 and Program of Record (PoR) systems such as
CDLMS and LMMT.
- Computer Engineer: Support Combat System Operating Systems to
support the maintenance, sustainment, and troubleshooting of the
Aegis Combat Systems, Ship Self-Defense System, and Cooperative
Engagement Capability prior to and during test events.
- Aegis Simulation Test and Verification Specialist: Support Test
Planning & Execution (TP&E) and Validation & Verification
(V&V) of various Aegis Simulation systems such as Common
Connectivity Device (CCD), Next Generation Simulation (NGS), and
Combat System Simulator/Stimulator (CS3).
- Training Coordinator: Background in the Aegis Weapons System
(AWS), specifically SPY and Baseline 9, to develop, organize, and
conduct training and educational programs for Fleet sailors in
support of Aegis Training and Readiness Center in Dahlgren, VA.
Requires ability to conduct traditional classroom instruction and
support maintenance training to the Officer level, as well as
training on the operational employment of Aegis Combat System
specifically the Aegis Weapons System (AWS).
