Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to
support training and development programs.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate orientation sessions for new
employees
Organize training sessions and maintain training records
Oversee the daily operations of the Learning Management System
(LMS) and provide technical support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business
Administration, or a related field
Intermediate level experience in coordinating learning and
development programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning
Management Systems (LMS)
Experience with e-learning tools and technologies
Knowledge of adult learning principles
