specializing in Beneficiary Claim Support, remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized call experiences from initiation to problem
resolution
Build rapport with diverse callers and navigate multiple systems to
deliver solutions
Focus on quality and first-call resolution while minimizing
processing time
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education
preferred
Experience in customer service, financial services, or insurance is
preferred
Ability to handle complex customer interactions with empathy,
especially regarding death claims
Must have a reliable remote workspace with specified internet
speed
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
