Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized call experiences from initiation to problem resolution
Build rapport with diverse callers and navigate multiple systems to deliver solutions
Focus on quality and first-call resolution while minimizing processing time


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
Experience in customer service, financial services, or insurance is preferred
Ability to handle complex customer interactions with empathy, especially regarding death claims
Must have a reliable remote workspace with specified internet speed
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
