Job Description:
A company is looking for a User Experience Designer (Mid-Senior)
to join their UX team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design decisions
with business goals and user needs
Lead the end-to-end design process and create wireframes,
high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
Optimize designs based on data insights and advocate for
user-centered design principles
Required Qualifications
Degree in Digital Design, Human Computer Interaction, graphic
design, or equivalent with 4+ years of UX/UI design experience
2+ years of experience working on design systems
Strong expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma,
Sketch, and Adobe XD
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
A strong portfolio showcasing design work, including wireframes and
interactive prototypes
