A company is looking for a Learning Design & Innovation
Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with various teams to influence talent strategy and
articulate a vision for learning
Design and execute leadership development programs to drive
behavior change and skills transfer
Manage a team to deliver a portfolio of learning programs while
ensuring operational excellence
Required Qualifications
15+ years of relevant experience in learning strategy and
execution
Expertise in learning design and adult learning methodologies
Strong people management skills in a remote/hybrid context
Experience with learning technology, including AI/ML
applications
Bachelor's Degree
