Job Description:
A company is looking for a CMDB Administrator to manage and
maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the CMDB by ensuring accurate identification,
documentation, and updates of configuration items (CIs)
Integrate CMDB with other IT Service Management tools and develop
scripts for automated CI discovery and updates
Generate reports on CMDB health and analyze data to identify trends
and opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field
Proven experience as a CMDB Administrator or in a similar IT
Service Management role
In-depth knowledge of configuration management principles and
practices
Proficiency in CMDB tools and platforms, such as ServiceNow
ITIL Foundation certification or relevant ITSM certifications
preferred
