System Test Lead is responsible for all FAT related Test activities
of the NCL baseline throughout the development phase of NERVE. The
lead is responsible for overall technical direction and oversight
of the System Test Engineering team and is the primary System Test
technical POC for the program. Tasks include the following:
- Day-to-day technical direction & oversight for the system test
engineering team, ensuring adherence to company and project
processes
- Identify skill sets and staffing needs and coordinate staffing
of test positions, including regression testing
- Interface with other teams, functional leads, and
subcontractors within the program to establish the system test
approach and help coordinate day-to-day technical execution
activities of the program
- Ensure the technical implementation meets all defined
requirements in terms of functionality, quality, schedule, budget,
and risk
- Work with system technical leads to define requirement related
to new functionality to be Factory Accepted Tested
- Oversee and assist in the development of test requirements
con-ops, acceptance criteria, test procedures, and Test
Verification Material (TVM) review
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Test execution with government
witness
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the Integration and Test
environment in order to remain current and address issues
- Work closely with the software development team and system
integration team to identify and resolve issues/DRs
- Work closely with the OI&S team to manage the schedule of
upgrades on different DTF test environments
- Take the ultimate responsibility to ensure all requirements are
sold to the customer during the FAT on schedule, including but not
limited to:
- Create a detailed schedule of activities to be performed to
meet the schedule and scope of the FAT
- Create tasks for each tester and track their on-time
completion, any dependencies and risks
- Track the schedule and adjust it if necessary
- Close coordination with the customer or system team on any
requirements, as needed
- Address any risks to the FAT schedule/scope and bring them up
to the attention of SI&T IPT lead and deputy lead, and if
needed, to the PEM as well.

US citizenship status*Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree in System Engineering, Computer Science,
Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management,
or a related field. Relevant work experience may be substituted for
a Degree.
- Must have at least eight (8) years of systems engineering
experience in system design, requirements development and analysis
for large integrated systems.
- Must possess a solid understanding of secure systems
engineering, development and test
- Must have strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Must be committed to adopting and adhering to best
practices
- Experience with leading and directing the test tasks supporting
the integration, development, and sustainment functions
- Experience developing test plans, test procedures and test
reports.
- Coordination with systems engineers and software engineers to
guide implementation and requirements based on system test
methodologies.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Knowledge of how the NCL system works
- GEOINT experience
- Familiarity with all pre-FAT events such as TVM, TRR, etc
- Knowledge of software engineering and development, software
testing, and software documentation is desirable.
- Software troubleshooting experience and/or providing customer
technical support
- Knowledge of Socket GXP and Dataops Suite that the Test team
uses (or ability to quickly come up to speed on all these
tools)
- Hands on ability of developing and running test procedures/test
cases using IBM Engineering Test ManagementAbility to distinguish
issues being in the environment vs softwarePay InformationFull-Time
Salary Range: $140690 - $239140Please note: This range is based on
our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are
determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal
equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills,
