Job Description:
A company is looking for a White Glove Specialist to assist
customers with identity theft issues.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with confirmed and potential identity theft
events
Perform tasks on members' behalf with a Limited Power of Attorney
(LPOA) and contact creditors for disputes
Assist with lost and stolen credit card events and handle Member
Services calls when necessary
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in a call center dealing with sensitive
information and high escalation situations
Ability to stay informed about products, subscription features, and
identity security regulations
Reliable home internet with a minimum download speed of 50 mbps and
a dedicated workspace
Proficient knowledge in Salesforce and Google Suite
Exceptional soft skills to handle calls under pressure
