Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Operations Quality Assurance
Analyst to manage system configuration for school set-up on waiver
and enrollment systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation of company initiatives related to client
transitions and system enhancements
Complete Tier 3 tickets and assist service teams with escalated
issues regarding waivers and enrollments
Monitor data integrity and assist in testing new systems or tools
for the service team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Previous user system configuration and data analysis experience
preferred
PC proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Outlook
Accounting or health insurance experience is a plus
