Cortica is looking for a full time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its growing team in Temecula, CA!As an ABA Supervisor, you will oversee clinical programming for patients receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Treatment.This role includes providing support and oversite for ABA patients and teammates within their clinical supervisor team (pod) across diverse settings.We are a rapidly growing healthcare company pioneering the most effective treatment methods for children with neurodevelopmental differences. At Cortica, every team member is instrumental in helping us achieve our mission!What will you do?Complete a variety of clinical assessments and treatment plans following Cortica's clinical model as well as BACB, licensing board, state and federal law, and insurance company guidelines.Provide direct clinical and supervisory support to ABA patients as well as parent training services across a variety of settings (in-home, in center, community, school, telehealth, etc.) in accordance with the patient treatment plans.Provide support, supervision, and oversight to the other teammates within pod (e.g., Behavior Interventionists (BIs), Assistant ABA Supervisors (at sites utilizing a 3-tier supervision model), and Lead BIs (where applicable .Manage direct reports by setting clear goals, develop and monitor progress on individual development plans, provide regular feedback and coaching, conduct performance reviews.Provide monthly supervision to all RBT's and/or BCATs in pod, completing paperwork and supervising at least 5% of hours in 1:1 and/or group supervision experiences.We'd love to hear from you if:You have a master's or doctoral degree in Human Services or a related field.You hold a current and unrestricted board certification to practice as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).You hold a current and unrestricted licensure as a behavior analyst within your state of practice when required by state law.Your Compensation & Benefits:$2,000 continuing education stipend.Receive competitive compensation, $79,733 to $99,666 depending on experience.Have an earning capacity that is not capped by salary, and will be eligible to earn an additional $55 for any extra billable hour above productivity expectations.Opportunities to grow within our Clinical Ladder.Flexible work schedule.401k matching.PTO and continuing education/wellness days.Paid holidays.Health, vision, dental, and pet insurance.Referral bonuses.EOE.
