• NIH Stroke Certification
• State License 1 Verification
  • Job Details
  • CALL REQUIRED
  • 1.5+ years of experience
  • BLS, Graduate from CVT Program or minimum 18 months recent experience in Interventional Cath Lab
  • Call is required, once per week & one weekend every 5 weeks
  • Must have Cath lab scrub experience
  • Position is M-F (with the exception of the call requirement outlined above)
  • There are a lot of qualifiers to be eligible to submit.

      • Schedule Information
      • Call is required, once per week & one weekend every 5 weeks

        • Unit Specific Information
        • Must confirm candidate is aware of call requirement and agrees to it when submitting.
          • Additional Details
          • Proof of W4 is required
          • Per contract we must have the I9 on file for audits
          • Must be AHA or RQI, must have front and signed back. Instructor cards are acceptable. NOT required for RNs working OR.
          • Required for DOU, MedSurg, Tele, PCU, ICU, and ED.
          • Must be AHA or RQI, must have front and signed back. Must be Healthcare Provider Card. Instructor cards are acceptable. Required for all clinical positions.
