OVERVIEW and PURPOSEThe Compensation Analyst is focused on
maintaining the organization's Base Pay Structure. This is
accomplished by ensuring each job is accurately matched to
available survey data. The Compensation Analyst will become
familiar with their assigned job groups and work closely with the
HR Team and Hiring Managers to review job matches, pay grade
assignments, pay equity analysis, and more. The Compensation
Analyst will participate in Compensation Surveys to ensure that the
benchmark library has various sources to use for job matches. The
Compensation Analyst will also collaborate with the Talent
Acquisition Team on job offers, appropriate ranges for offers, and
training for the Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers.
Additionally, the Compensation Analyst will be a central player in
developing and maintaining job descriptions.RESPONSIBILITIES
We offer a generous benefit plan that includes medical, dental, and

Range: $95,000 to $136,000 annually, depending on
experience/education and additional qualifications.
