Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Client Services (RP
Bundled Client Services).
Key Responsibilities:
Implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer
service
Acts as the main point of contact for plan sponsors and manages
relationships with clients and business partners
Researches and resolves issues while supporting front-line staff
and onboarding new plans
Required Qualifications:
High school graduate or GED; undergraduate studies are
desirable
Two to three years of service industry experience, preferably in a
wholesale distribution model
Basic knowledge of retirement plans and completion of ASPPA RPF 1/2
courses is preferred
Basic digital literacy and ability to manage high volumes of
work
Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and recommend
solutions to business issues
