Job Description:

A company is looking for a Remote Part Time Call Center Agent.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls while documenting customer interactions
Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow communication procedures

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience
Experience working with an automatic dialer
Proficient in typing and computer literacy
Must have a PC/Laptop with Windows 10 and a hard-wired high-speed internet connection
Ability to work in a quiet, dedicated space free from distractions
