We are looking for a highly organized Intake Sales Specialist for our growing law firm.



When our prospective clients call us for help, they're often going through an emotionally difficult period. Our Intake Sales Specialist provides our potential clients with the ultimate telephone experience. It requires the right combination of telephone skills, empathy, and the ability to help them understand how to see a better future using our services. You'll play an integral role in creating memorable client experiences. This important position involves administrative duties related to customer service, client intake, client retention, data entry, and direct attorney support. This position may also lead to sales opportunities with bonus compensation.

Responsibilities:
--- Conveys confidence and a pleasant demeanor on the phone
--- Sets the tone and the pace of the client's phone call
--- Shows empathy to clients and puts them at ease during their difficult time
--- Treats a call at 4:30 on Friday with the same care and compassion as one on Monday morning
--- Demonstrates exceptional communication and customer service skills
--- Master of calendars and scheduling
--- Understands the importance of deadlines and doing good work on time
--- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database entry

Qualifications:
--- Ability to switch gears quickly and think on your feet
--- Follows instructions and understands the importance of policies & procedures
--- Generates creative solutions to workplace problems
--- A go-getter with a strong work ethic
--- Legal experience is a plus
--- Customer service experience is a plus
--- Inbound sales experience is a plus


This is a full-time job, so you MUST be able to work \*in the office\* for 40 hours per week. The first 90 days of employment is a probationary period and you will be considered a temporary employee. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for outstanding performance and meeting established goals and milestones.
