Join us!Join our team as a Senior Retail Sales Associate in a key holder role at our retail boutique. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your leadership journey. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth daily store operations, including opening and closing functions. Your role will involve creating an inviting and inspiring store environment for both our customers and team members. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.   • Boutique Key holder: Support our management team with open/closing duties, driving sales and creating an exceptional customer experience.
  • Customer/Hospitality Obsessed: Create a House of Hospitality store environment and engage customers.
  • Product Knowledge and Sales: Delight customers with complimentary coffee tastings and highlight your extensive product knowledge.
  • Brand Ambassador: Share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling.
  • Store Operations and Safety: Assist with shipments, arrange displays, and ensure boutique cleanliness.
  • Training and Learning: Undergo a training period to equip you with the skills and coffee knowledge needed for success.WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
