Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager - Business Finance to oversee
financial operations and strategies while driving financial
performance and supporting growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of annual operating plans, forecasts, and
long-term financial projections
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate business
performance and identify trends
Effectively communicate monthly financial and performance results
to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting; MBA is a
plus
At least 5 years of relevant financial experience
2+ years of experience in a leadership role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with PowerBI
or similar platforms
Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
