Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Conversion Rate
Optimization (CRO) to lead and enhance conversion optimization
efforts across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO roadmap aligned with
marketing and growth objectives
Leverage data analysis to identify user behavior patterns and
conversion blockers
Oversee A/B and multivariate testing, ensuring rigorous methodology
and collaboration with design and development teams
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or
related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, or growth roles,
preferably in the mortgage or financial services industries
Proficiency in web analytics and CRO tools, with familiarity in
user behavior analysis tools
Deep understanding of statistical concepts and testing
frameworks
Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and manage a
diverse team
