A company is looking for a Director - Specialized Mortgage
Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and maintains profitable banking relationships within the
mortgage ecosystem
Expands and deepens existing business relationships in the
third-party servicing industry
Manages internal bank systems for efficient ongoing maintenance of
customer accounts
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an administrative role within
Commercial Banking and Mortgage processes
3+ years' experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
2-3 years proficiency with Maximum Mortgage Calculator (MAX)
2-3 years' experience with TM Mortgage protection plans and Know
Your Customer (KYC) processes
Bachelor's Degree preferred
