Job Description Summary: Managing talent acquisition and talent management to find, acquire, and retain the best people for the company.Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, select, and hire top talent for the organization. This includes creating job postings, managing job boards, and conducting interviews. The role also involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences.

• Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Develop and post job descriptions, managing job boards and social media channels.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences.
